I am redoing my UI around the Personal Resource Display using weak auras. But I ran into an issue with my tidyplates addon overlapping my new HUD. I've set the strata on the highest setting in WA and they are still overlapping, and I can't seem to find the option for TidyPlates. Create a weakaura that anchors to the personal resource display, then overlap it with another UI element that should have a lower strata.

You can observe this by making a weakaura, setting it to have the highest possible strata, then opening a standard UI element like the map. At the highest strata level, a weakaura will display on top of the map.
